Albireo Energy created and programmed cross-system integration with complete interoperability using a Tridium platform at Warner Media, a 100-story skyscraper at New York City’s Hudson Yards. This converged environment aggregates data from traditionally disparate systems and provides insights to building tenants and facility managers that are actionable and intuitive.
Benefits include reducing energy, maintenance expenses, annual CAPEX and IT CAPEX expenditures. The overall occupant experience was improved by focusing on increasing tenant lease renewals and satisfaction scores which results in attracting new tenants to available space.
